Friends List Releases February 19th

The Friends List Update releases on February 19th. The new feature allows players to party up across PC, PS4, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch. The update also includes a the end of Competitive Season 9 and beginning of Competitive Season 10. Lastly, the extra mode playlists are being added to free play. Learn more…

Rocket League went full cross-platform on January 14th, when it joined the PlayStation Cross-Platform Beta program.

Speaking of the DreamHack Pro Circuit, the invite system for the remaining 3 events has been detailed:

  • The top 2 EU and NA RLCS teams are directly invited to Dallas.

  • The top 4 teams from Dallas are invited to Valencia.

  • 8 teams, 3 from EU, 3 from NA, 1 from OCE, and 1 from SAM, qualify for Montreal.

ELEAGUE is producing a video series for the RLCS, covering “players, teams and stories of . . . Season 7 and Season 8.” Similar to previous ELEAGUE produced Rocket League shows, it will air on TBS. ELEAGUE is also involved with the NCAA Final Four Fest, discussed more below. Learn more…

Achieves, Correlli, and JorbyPls return to cast the newest Collegiate Rocket League season. Halorin, of Heroes of the Storm fame, joins the lineup as host. The top 4 teams from the Spring Season will compete at the NCAA Final Four Fan Fest in Minneapolis, Minnesota at the beginning of April.
