With Rocket League Championship Series Season (RLCS) X holding qualifiers this month ahead of its new open-circuit format, pro teams across North America and Europe are finalizing their offseason changes. Here are a few that took place over the last week.
North America’s Susquehanna Soniqs have officially parted ways with Chris “Dappur” Mendoza. The move was announced yesterday by manager Lucas “MitsEvoX” Frommelt, who suggested that recent team struggles led to the decision.

The Soniqs played with Braxton “Allushin” Lagarec as a stand-in during Beyond the Summit: Summer Shuffle qualifiers, where they went out without much of a fight. Instead, they’ll play with Pittsburgh Knights player Austin “AyyJayy” Aebi for the next Astro competition. Dappur’s next destination has yet to be confirmed.
Meanwhile, Europe’s Dignitas formally announced the signing of 15-year-old Joris “Joreuz” Robben, who has served as a stand-in for recent competitions following the May departure of Maello “AztraL” Ernst to Oxygen Esports. Joreuz, a rookie, is best known for his 1v1 skills.
Europe’s Team BDS also made a potential upgrade last week, announcing the signing of former AS Monaco Esports player Alex “Extra” Paoli. Team BDS finished atop Rival Series league play last season, earning an automatic spot in the RLCS X Fall Split for Europe.
